We are looking for a fashion forward, dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at POLLEN. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their shopping needs, and promoting our brand to drive sales and achieve sales goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring that merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner. A successful Retail Sales Associate candidate is mindful of fashion trends and acts as a brand ambassador for the POLLEN. brand.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their shopping needs
• Provide friendly and exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing product recommendations
• Efficiently operate the point of sale system and process in-store & online customer transactions
• Maintain the appearance of the store by keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Assist with visual merchandising, restocking product and updating displays
• Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and upselling products and services
• Collaborate with the team to ensure an upbeat and positive customer experience
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
